Dillon’s HR department is undergoing an exciting transformation and our team is growing.
We are looking for a Manager, Human Resources with expertise in Employee Relations, Policy writing, Employment Law, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Inclusion & Diversity, and various HR functions, with experience and strong passion in the development of the next generation of HR professionals.
We offer a variety of flexible and remote work options to help balance the competing demands of work and personal life, and you will have the choice to work anywhere in Canada either fully remote or in a hybrid arrangement to access any one of our 20 offices at any time.
The nature of the role is dynamic and the scope of responsibilities may change from time to time to support evolving business needs. This role will work closely with the senior management team and report to the Head of HR.
