The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Unit Manager to lead our Environmental Management Business Unit nationally across Canada. This is a pivotal role for a proven leader with a strong track record of driving business growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences. As a key member of Dillon’s Markets leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the business unit, expand our market presence, and mentor a team of talented professionals. This role can be based in any Dillon office across Canada.
